Youth Exchange Chaperone Dies in Afghanistan

It is with great sadness that the Active Living Alliance for Canadians with a Disability learned that one of our youth exchange chaperones, Sergeant Kirk Taylor was one of the fallen soldiers in Afghanistan. Kirk who worked at YACRO in Yarmouth accompanied 4 delegates from Nova Scotia to the 2007 youth exchange in Ottawa.
